Rake – When you play a hand of real money poker the poker site will take a % of the total pot.  That % of the total pot that they take is called rake.  This is their fee for hosting the game.

RakeBack – This is the amount that you get back each month.  When you play a hand at an online poker site the poker site will take a % of it as their fee for holding the game.  That fee is called rake (see above term).  When you signup through an affiliate you can get a piece of that rake, back each month in the form of rakeback.
